- White Sand Tours was the first Tourism activity in Mauritius and the First Destination Management Company (DMC) in the Indian Ocean and Africa region to reach the Quality Standards demanded by the International Standards Organisation (ISO). After thorough assessment of all the divisions of our operations, we were awarded the ISO 9002 certification – Certificate Number Q9010 by SGS Yarsley International Certification Services Ltd. Based in Geneva, in December 1996. In December 2003, White Sand Tours was certified for the more demanding ISO 9001 Version 2000. The benefit has been that we are regularly audited and re-assessed, obliging us to be particularly rigorous in our operating systems, delivery standards and quality control.

Sea Adventures

In order to assume high level of services, the Company has invested in the three quality sailing catamarans and two launches.
Sea borne tourism services are now an important part of those offered to visitors.

A second speed boat Intima Sea has just been commissioned to operate cruises and private charters off the North West coast. It is a 28 foot Legend.. Also operators of Exta Sea, a 27- foot Cobra speedboat for charters and private excursions in the east coast lagoons.

GREEN TRACK
Operation of the two 38-foot sailing catamarans ‘Vitamin Sea’ and ‘Fanta Sea’ (25 pax each). This is a special inner lagoon cruise offering the discovery of the east coast.

Operation of the 58-foot sailing catamaran O’Plézir (40 pax) off the west coast. Excursions for dolphin enthusiasts and those wishing to experience cruising in tropical conditions. Sunset tours also offered.
